Didn't know they even did these in 1.6 - cambelt engine but non-interference

*Adds to watch list.

i'm going to be really controversial and say that actually i prefer these small sedans (saloons, if you prefer) such as the orion/belmont/Rover 400 over their hatchback brethren.

shame that no one makes them anymore,

i had one of these as a company hack back when they were new.

i loved mine, even though i did drive it into the ground. 145.000 odd miles in just over 2 and 1/2 years, it was fucked by the time it went back.....

i think this is lovely.

ok to many, its not a proper motorbike, but just look at it....

it it was mine i'd keep it in its current oily rag condition instead of "restoring" it to a high shine like many old machines are when you see them at a show.

its also near to where SWMBO lives...... so....... must resist....... (and i cannot even ride a motor bike!)

A marvellous example of the mid 90's explosion in a barbie paint factory colourscheme.

I often think it is a shame the would is an automotively less colourful place at the moment, but it does stop shit like this.

They do - they just don't sell 'em in the UK as no-one buys them here.  There are a few in Ireland where they are more popular and in mainland Europe - there are some examples in the "cars you never knew existed" thread.

2003 FORD TRANSIT 350 LWB 2.4 TDI RECOVERY TRUCK, 16 FOOT BED

I wonder how much load needs to be aft of the back axle to lift the front wheels off the road? Not a lot is my guess

I'm not saying it's un-sporty, but I wouldn't back it in a game of darts against Stephen Hawking.

Looks sodding awful, plus non-stow away ramps are a pain in the arse. That said, it least it doesn't have the comedy 97 foot overhang some of these things have.

Wonder how many light bars he looses on speed humps

I thought it was Junkman? Anyway, the Mayflower might be the only two door car to have rear quarterlights. I can't think of another.
