-I'm looking at cheap, Giffer-rousing Japanese saloons and their hatch' brothers. I like this almost despite myself.Both these have clean MOT histories and low-ish mileage. Proper old school Toyota, for better and worse.

-I like this too but MOT history screams "Rust". They seem very prone to it and I have to wonder who bought these when new?

-I had no idea they did a 4-door. I thought it was an import at first. Looks like it's had a little welding for MOT in the past.

This is on my watch list. I'd ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT.

 

I do have a Zafira to sort out though, but I can vouch these are bloody brilliant cars. Check the rear arches for rust. Also the sump pans go very thin on these - I had mine replaced when I had one.

James Hunt had a blue 450SEL 6.9 on a V plate, but that one ain't it. I suspect the seller has heard several third-hand stories.

Aye, I normally think movie replica cars are for wierdos, but in this case an APC from Aliens would be ideal for the supermarket run.
