HNNNNGH!

That's lovely!

I keep seeing* loads of cheap 2.5 V6 manual Mondeo Mk3s about as well. Seems like a great budget way to get a V engine with a manual box.

Bloody hell what a baffoon! And to top that..

" Warning To Timewasters

I have taken 2 .... £500+ items Non Payers for items I have sold on Ebay..... to court in the last two years, won and got paid on both

- one settled just before the small claims hearing - and paid the court costs on top

- the other went to hearing - and had to pay cost.... plus court fees, overnight stay in a Premier Inn (As it was an early hearing) & £70 return fuel costs "

Stone the crows. I think I'll leave it mate.

FLAIRLINE

I reckon these are quite a sharp looker, not sure about those wheels though, I know theyre probably fitted by the importer but these look better without 'fripperies' IMO. FFS listen to me banging on about which is the 'purest' model of Skoda Favorit on the internet, what a friggin loser

I hate to say it but I reckon a very slight lowering and wheel change woud look much better

That car is pretty much identical to mine, same year, same colour.  Mine also says LX on the back - I think the Verona added a bit to LX.  Mine has the rubbing strip.  The real misery spec was Aspen.  Mine has a few random colour approximations and wheels from a Focus - but the one in the Ad has done more miles.

Morris Minor 1400cc project

Was so not expecting that!

s-l1600.jpg

this is Albert--he has had a Metro floorpan and subframe grafted in with a 1400 k series engine and box. I did not do the work--it was done by a qualified motor mechanic (M.O.T. tester also) so it has been done well

Verdict - So that is two cars fucked by my counting

Mini Metro

Photographs taken using a 1990s pocket calculator

540 word waffle before bits about the car being auctioned

This Mini Metro was a real barn find. It  requires full restoration. Values are on the rise and would prove to be an excellent investment

Keys have been lost.

sums up with

Would make a great donor vehicle for a 6R4 project as its in good original condition .

Verdict - you fucking Dr White honkin' jam-rag fucking spunk-bubble!

I think that K series minor is quite neat! Needs a lot of beautifying though

I have been suffering an inexplicable want for one of these lately, theres absolutely no rhyme or reason to it. WHats the attraction? I want a white one with these hubcaps. I presume they go well enough with this 1.7DTi engine? You used to see them doing like 146 on the dual carriageway fairly regularly.

Also how come they have white front bumpers and black rear ones?

Those Astras are a great drive and a perfectly decent all-rounder, all I know about the van variant though is they're silly money compared to a standard Astra - £400ish gets you a nice solid hatchback with no major faults but £800 gets you a very dog-eared van variant.  We wanted one for our business but having found nothing decent in budget SiC's 1.6 petrol hatch was so much better for the money so ended up with that instead.

I quite like that Minor, and Metros are bin fodder anyway so who's counting?
