Whitewalls and OE two-tone paint on that one aside, a bit too cleanly-styled for my tastes (that being said, I wouldn't say no to one of the 4-door hardtop versions). IIRC it was for sale not long back, for less money.

 

 

 

Perhaps I should buy it and make amends for the nigh-on identical GR I wrote off 25 years ago (pretty much to the day):

At £250 I'm almost tempted by that R11 purely for irritating the commentator bloke at Chumley. But Arundel is a trek from here and it might* not be that quick to sell on afterwards.

 

Also the facelift ones look simply too horrid.

I had an early non facelift, my neighbour had a facelift: the facelifted ones were must better built and properly galvanised. A bit naffer at the front, but a better motor overall.
