Now I've drove everything from open wheelers to grocery stealers and a race car is a car you race, period. It don't have to be a fast car (but that helps). It don't have to be no V8. It don't even have to net for a window. The main thing that makes a race car a race car is what you do with it. 

Oh and that someone has taken the door cards, back seats and carpet out.
