trade sale was heading for the recylers in the morning,inspection in morning,surface rust on petrol pipes,good sanddown,than grease up aswell,every mot from new, :-D :-D

done abit more on the bumble bee,found were it needs welding,nowt drastic,small plate will sort that out,wire brushed the fuel pipes front to rear,than painted on some rustins,slapped some on front subframe,rear petrol tank,just surface rust,the optional alloy wheels in good nick,spare is nor mal tyre is excellent the oringinal from new,new airfilter fitted croslands finest pictures in morning.

Funnily enough some local was selling a Kenari for £100 but I didn't have enough cash to scoop it up (would likely have roffled it on to be honest). Last time when I checked Bumtree they had pulled the ad for some reason.

misery spec inc cup holder on dash,rear spolier,alloys,new sparkplugs fitted today,last serviced 2011 done only 9000 miles from then till now,welding to do saturday,mot test poss on sunday. :-D :-D :-D :-D even has a bill for radio/cd speakers,n/s  door mirror £104 from main dealer,crikey... its not even electric.

it blotted its copybook yesterday morning,pool of oil under the front,well time for oil change,it looks like the old halfords filter had leaked,got a comline one still listed in the book,otherwise still going well,wiped up some oil,the rest can lube the subframe,keep the rust at bay...got some matt black from lidl,handy for fuel lines...

sparkly stick fun yesterday,small plate on subframe,check the blowing,coming from rear back box,small plate weld on,and a run of weld along the seam,then sprayed with lidl finest zinc spray,all over the exhaust system, ready fot its mot apr,see pictures,sprayed the front subframe with hammered paint finish :-D :-D original spare wheel tyre never been used,still like new..

got the timing belt delivered from amazon yesterday on clearance for only £3.33,so got to work on it this morning,nice easy job tippexd to make my own timing marks,it had the genuine belt still on,not bad for 18 years,put new belt spun it over few times all ok,with some pictures,another job off the list mot next weekend..

mot done yesterday,now 12 mths,all clear,emissions spot on,so all done..rear headling glued back,looks ok,it just fitted over the mot pit,one of the testers had never seen one before,, :-D :-D :-D
