christ someone save it! 'will be broken for spares' makes me feel a bit ill.

thats the second one of those i've seen on the 'bay recently, other one was just as rough

edit:

I couldn't buy this, I'd ruin it. To my damaged brain it looks like a first series 'Cuda and I'd have to put some kind of Hemi in it, and do a colonial Hemi Under Glass.

It's just not Autoshite.....

isn't there someone on RR who was doing something like that? though not with the hemi of course, just making his raper look 'more like a cuda'

That Alfa is beyond redemption surely?Look at how crispy it looks!! That would take a weldathon of epic proportions to re-instate that most ultimate of wop-shite.

You lot are a bad influence, I reckon he'll end up in an institution at this rate. And if that happens, I want first dibs on the 929 stacklight.

Can anyone remember the brand name of the cassette tape holders that stuch to the dashboard and had little drawers for the tapes?

Following my failed attempt to buy the A40 van conversion I now find this one very tempting, (unless anyone knows of a Fiesta Mk 1 van that's up for sale) Why is it that everything I want seems to be in Bolton?

Theres one of these in HK Motors scrapyard in Ruabon, Wrexham.

I posted it on facebook and members of the 100E club found out about it and tried to buy it.

Sadly the yard wouldnt sell it saying it had a 'Council destruction order' on it. Its still in the yard now, but a lot of parts have been taken now.

these by any chance? EDIT bugger, someone beat me to it!

That maxi looks loverly 8) I really love the look of the run out 70s models - like late model CXs, Visas, Maxis and so on. The 70s "cool" style hits 80 generic grey plastic and inappropriate random corporate trim like steering wheels and hub caps.

This car has been owned by the same man from new - Big Brother Winner and DJ Kate Lawlers father.

Sounds like quite a prize for the seat-sniffers out there.

no doubt she has taken hundreds of trips in the car

Yeah, they'll like that!

she would have only been 7 when it was new.

Ah.
