I MIGHT leave early enough to just blat down the M6 at speed and meet folk.

It's a greasy spoon - the Lets Eat Cafe (sic) on the A49 not far from the M56 and about 20 miles from Chodmongley. Very easy to find, next to a petrol station for added convenience iirc.

It's ticket based if you're exhibiting, but if you don't mind parking in the visitors' section (which is usually full of various tat) then you can just rock up I think.
