This turned up today for a special event at the industrial estate.... A "posh" van that also served a smorgasbord of topped waffles, but still based on an ancient old Transit! I also suspect the Merit may be self-awarded.....

 

I wonder if it's subsequent breakdown is related to the spreading puddle behind that front wheel!

I posted that one earlier in the thread but my pic links have died.  The body style is apparently known as a Whitby Morrison "Rocket" and underneath is a Leyland FG light truck chassis.  There's a video about the owner here...
 

This one was spotted in service in Wolverhampton by a mate of mine a few years ago.
