MoT is March 2017

Location is Lutterworth, LE17

Faults = nothing really. Radio doesn't like tapes much. Couple of bits missing - large foam wedge over battery that forms passenger footwell shape, maybe a guide for the washer hose on the wiper.

Has had a clutch in recent history.

Has two keys.

Is oldest Smart known in UK (chassis 647, early VIN designation, original style rear window glass, transverse leaf front end)

Has had a new Continental tyre because I had a blowout (which it handled very well)

Has some fading on original self-coloured plastic panels

Is 599cc Turbo Pulse - higher power output with soft-touch semi-auto mode and fixed glass panoramic roof.

 

TBH I do and would drive it anywhere.

 

MoT History - model is DAIMLER BENZ SMART

 

Tickets £10, but raffle doesn't come with things like the bike rack, clock pod, brochures or Swatch Smart launch watch that I'd bought afterwards - those will be available though.

I may as well gather numbers until it's full or the car sells. Life is swamping me.

 

Amusing that when the car was offered for sale, the Roffle pressure was amazing, but now i've got it, and there's only a small difference in price (reflected in new parts etc.), there's little interest! This is why I can't be a car dealer!

Roffle format is flawed in that regard though - any small increase in price adds to the ticket price quickly and higher ticket prices are harder to shift

 

Lovely little car though and I really hope I win it!

I've been using this the past few days, still hilarious. Still for sale and will update the raffle but it looks like it's taking so long for any interest, that's unlikely to actually happen

 

Might be more open to swap or PX  suggestions outside of the Volvo/Mercedes estate framework having been loving the CCW Puma lately. Gutted I didn't win the 1.7 roffle!
