I know the field will still be a mess on 9th/10th, but there's enough hard standing for a few of us to turn up. I'll be there anyway on the 10th, but could come a day early if other folk are heading over. I'll be in an XJS, so there's no chance of me attempting the field entrance!

9th is Citroen National, 10th is Kimbolton with the BMW club, in fact every weekend in July has a plan. I really would like it to be dry so we can tow start the dumpers etc.

I think you are right and if the hay is cut and the ground is dry maybe Mrs Cyl will let us take the dumpers, tractor and non legal cars around the field.

I'd be well up for this if it wasn't so close. I'd need more time to organise a Saturday off during the holiday season.

 

I wish I could have made the last but I had a mates 60th birthday I'd promised to go to ages ago, turns out I didn't go to that either because I put my back out on the Sat morning and spent 2 days either laying on the floor or hobbling around looking like I'd shat myself.

 

If it's later on I'm up for it, I think the old CF camper would like some attention from other Shiters.
