I know, he'd never driven that car before, never been on a track, his daily is an automatic and he was worried he was going to break the Panda after hairnet's reverse drifting.

I think if he'd had another couple of goes he'd have felt a bit more confident. I think he's come back though, hopefully I'll have something a bit more powerful by then.

the top of Duffus dip is one hell of a place to spin - my co-driver spun off at the same place on Saturday, no damage to us or the car but he did get a black flag and given a telling off from the marshal.

 

I did the same thing years back when I took the 944 on track, I was just about used to driving the mazda but was quite clueless about how much quicker the porker was so went blasting into the corner way way too fast and ended up spinning 720. I fair papped me pants, I can tell you
