When the inevitable 1-59 happens, please put up what your nearest railway station is.

These are cracking little cars, apart from having to change the thermostat on them, great headlights too, the handling is a bit roly poly but they shift for a 1.3, daughter killed hers by crashing it twice.

I've just picked this up from the pub to use for work today and she's a canny little thing.

EML is on but she's running ace. Ideal little runabout for somebody?

Would definitely smash a fair few tickets on this.... Add to my small car fleet!

Tickets are not going to be expensive, and I do like a Suzuki....... ;)  Count me in!

Because this place is not what it was.

(is that the right answer?)

A couple of serious questions... do these have much more ground-clearance than a "normal" car?

Is the air intake in a sensible place (ie not at ankle height like a 306)?

Posted

My intake on the 1.5 is the top of the grille.  Sure this is sold though?

No mate.  I'm sure it was listed as an "out" on FB.  Could be wrong though!

Posted

It's still here, but it's been on loan over the weekend. Should hopefully be back tomorrow evening!

Posted

So does it have a bit more ground clearance underneath? (Not expecting Niva levels, just a bit extra.)

Posted

Not too sure, Joe.

When it is back tomorrow I will have a look and see what is what.

Cheers John. I've shown it to a mate who sounds keen... Would you accept a 106 TUD in exchange? Not mine, his is the green one:

MOT'd to mid-Nov, from memory.

This pic is a year or two old, but I dug it out as that's my old Rover you had. :)

We just changed the oil and fuel filters on Mike's 106, but he won't want much for it, only a part-ex would solve a problem for him. MOT'd to 10th Nov.

Are you back up-country near the Ignis yet John?
