I remember your Estima, it was before I got my Pleasure Wagon version.

 

What age was it?

 

Mine's an import too of course, but on an "L" so older than 20. I have it on with Footman James at £140 pa. They have changed their rules recently, but if you see one you like, it's worth giving them a ring to see if they'll insure it as a classic.

That's it, looks a similar spec to mine, and the same age. When you had that, it was too new for a classic policy, it should be much cheaper to cover now. (Half price?)

I think they look quite tinky but I can see the appeal of them.

I spotted a misery spec one on eBay in a single tone colour with OE steel wheels and centre caps, that looked okay.

Much underated Honda Shuttle, the 2.3 is a non Vtec and I think is the same engine fitted to the Rover 620 and Accord type V

All of the other Shuttles on Ebay and Autotrader seem to have mega miles on the clock so they must be fairly tough old motors.

Honda Shuttle is a good call. Some relatives owned one, I think from new. Covered well over 100,000 miles and never seemed to go wrong. Was never economical, but then nor is a Previa.

Yes, manual though. I collected for some neighbours/friends in an act of daring do. (Sourcing a car for mates).
