Sounds like an idea for an alternative raffle.

 

Ticket price is announced.

 

All tickets are reserved and paid for.

 

Once all tickets are paid for each participant (rafflee) has to declare their plans for the car if they win.

 

The raffler then chooses the best\worst\funniest\most impossible\most illegal rafflee plan and declares a winner. He, the raffler, can take on board, or ignore, helpful or otherwise comments from rafflees or others.

 

The rafflee must prove that he or she has completed his plan for the car by photographic evidence within an agreed sensible period.

Probably. Haven't been that way for a while.pimmies went a while back. They are still made by one of the old bakers in a unit on Jackson street , but not the same. Tyrers is closing soon as well. Its never been the same since Stolen from Ivor closed. Stay down in that there London.
