What time are people making their way/getting to the railway then? I thought it would be a morning thing, dont think Eva will last all day...

It is really the afternoon, lunch is being served at 12.00 noon and I anticipated arrives from 11am, the train trip is booked for 1.30pm and takes around an hour. Then there is a guided walking tour of the yard, Signal Box tours and Driver for a fiver. During the afternoon the tea room will be open and the station shop. You are welcome to come and go as you please, as long as you are not on a train at the time! So if you need to drop Eva home it is not a problem.

All my cars need washing and my shoes need cleaning but no I am not planning to arrange to pre book turns and will just rely on gentlemanly behaviour on the day!

 

The official start time is 11.30 am but I am suggesting arrivals from 11 am.

 

You can always come up to the Shitefest field near Buckingham, serve early morning tea to the happy campers and then convoy down with them!
