Can yo tell me, as is normal with lease hold,   are there annual ground rent and maintenance fees for the lease holder to pay the freeholder on top of the cost of the lease? (sorry for the bod spellin but found a 5L box of red inna my car booot)

Don't know about that but there will be business rates which might not be cheap given the size of the place.

I'm not about to form a company, sell shares and bid on this, one, because CBA, and two because Litherland. I don't think there's enough razor wire in the world that would make it secure enough.
