grogee Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 I never knew it was available in RHD. Was that for the UK market or Aus/SA?
Christine Posted September 9, 2025 Posted September 9, 2025 More importantly , does it do wheelspins?

RetroShite Posted September 11, 2025 Posted September 11, 2025 Got the Capri tested and onto the website but who the fuck fits a towbar to a Ford Capri? Westbay, Wibble, cobblers and 9 others 12
N19 Posted September 11, 2025 Posted September 11, 2025 I mocked this picture up a few months ago just for the raised eyebrows! No towbar fitted, can't imagine it being a particularly fun experience although the nose weight may help with grip?! Split_Pin and goosey 2
goosey Posted September 11, 2025 Posted September 11, 2025 To be fair years ago, Capris were just regarded as cars used for car things. I think my Brothers 280 had a towbar when he bought it, was quickly removed though Bear, Marm Toastsmith and N19 3

Snipes Posted September 11, 2025 Posted September 11, 2025 I remember seeing an "Autotrader bargain" FB RX7 which a tow bar and a 2.0 Pinto fitted.

Mrcento Posted September 25, 2025 Posted September 25, 2025 That Transit is magnificent. My dad had a grey B reg with a number plate quite similar to that, Sure it started B506 anyway, we're talking late 90's. Same engine as well. Remember the dash, wheel and seats very well! Always had half an eye out for one but never, ever seen one come up. Well caught! RetroShite 1

outlaw118 Posted September 28, 2025 Posted September 28, 2025 I'm fairly sure that 305 Van used to live about 100m from me. Same colour and EEV plate. People in the house moved a few months ago. Has it got Grays on the log book / history anywhere?
RetroShite Posted October 4, 2025 Posted October 4, 2025 Another quality vehicle on the site! Erebus, Schaefft, yes oui si and 13 others 16
RetroShite Posted October 6, 2025 Posted October 6, 2025 A couple more coming up soon, the FSO just got mot'd last week and I picked up the Jetta last week also. Wibble, dome, Zie and 5 others 8

Hang on *counts the doors, does a comedy doubletake* Wait, it's RHD? The wipers I can't remember if RHD Mk2 had them swapped properly so the scuttle is a red herring and the arches confused me. The Jetta has been converted to right hand drive with single wiper conversion which parks in the middle of the windscreen. I strategically placed it at the side for the photos to stop people asking if the wiper motor was broken. mercedade, outlaw118, Bear and 1 other 4
RetroShite Posted October 11, 2025 Posted October 11, 2025 The shite is certainly piling up here at the moment! Tenmil Socket, Saabnut, High Jetter and 2 others 5
RetroShite Posted October 19, 2025 Posted October 19, 2025 Check out this monstrosity! Zie, Coprolalia, Lacquer Peel and 9 others 9 2 1
