The bus stop shelter is located on the wrong side of the road or  you have to step into the road to  board the bus

I'm not 100% that's a one-way street. Isn't that coach heading towards the camera, as is the bike bottom right?

This one was built by Park Royal in Park Royal North London - as part of a series of railbuses commissioned by BR in the 1950's from various manufacturers.

Some do survive into preservation.

Park Royal also bodied the famous Routemaster bus. 

Even AC Cars produced a few to the BR specification.
