Crap! Sorry - colour image in the B&W thread - arrrgh!

Here's a blurry B&W to make up. Strikes me that the roll film cameras must have been total heavy feckers in normal use but chuck in some speed/centrifugal forces must have made the cameraman's life fun* (not to mention bloody big arm and shoulder muscles).

I presume the camera is on a mount, but still it would take some skill to keep it steady while filming.

Derek Bell's autobiography has a lot of good details on the filming, especially how he had a lucky especially when the Ferrari he was driving burst into flames!

Sixten Sason (1912-1967).
This Swedish industrial designer played an important part in SAABs history. He started, in 1939, at SAABs flight devision were he drew the illustrations for the companies catalogues and brochures. Sixten later moved to the car division and designed the SAAB 92, 93, 96, 99 and the Sonnett.
