ebay 'BARGAINS'

'CAN'T SAY SWAP' is a secret code between a special society of INCREDIBLY PIG FUCKING THICK PEOPLE. Think of it like a Masonic handshake for those of a below average intelligence quota. Ebay 'bots' comb the listings for phrases like 'I would like to swap...'Thick people think they can sidestep this by simply adding 'can't' to the phrase. No, you bloody morons, how can you not comprehend what is going on here????? Quite simple, no swapping. Ever.Twats. If I see 'cant say swap' on a listing it immediately discounts it as a potential purchase as I really cannot be bothered dealing with people who would have difficulty with concepts such as 'fire' or 'sticks' or 'wheel'.

Tricky one that Polo. Does sound like it's been done with a bit of thought and has had lots spent on it. Why not be different and NOT put stickers on it though?!

The green A-reg Sunny is now down to £1395.

This 13k Cherry is on at £2495

1988 Nissan Sunny 1.3 LS

His entire range is a bit odd to be honest, largely classic and prestige stuff but a lot of it seems very expensive.

The buyer wants £3250 for this, It does look nice as they go but it's still a 23 year old Polo 1.3.

That really is a thing of beauty - and if my balls come up tonight its getting bought.

Yep, that is lush. Think I'd have to stick a G40 in though it I had the cash to buy it.

T25 prices are going nuts. Two years ago I was offered a minibus, totally solid and a nice spec with PAS, two-tone paint and good trim. All clean, no rips or welding. £1250 with a years ticket. A vey nice bus but no real use to me.I've since seen the same spec bus, missing half the seats 'so you can get an airbed in the back', shabby and SORNed and without ticket for £3500.Wasn't too long ago you could get an ex-plumbers van, with some dings and dents, for scrap price. Dings and dents are obviously worth scene points now

I've never paid more than £200 for a Type 25 - my current yoke cost me that with tax and test. It's only a 1.9 Watercooled panel van, and it has since absorbed about £1500 in parts, but that's only because I run a garage and like maintaining things. A lot. Having said that, there is still lots and lots of overpriced tat about. Lots of people are willing to pay 3 grand unseen for a wagged up snotter just so they can have a camper van.

Looks good no doubt, and done properly - and I wouldnt be surprised if somebody paid the asking price for it, unlike some of the cars in this thread.

However, it's not worth it and has 'scene tax' written all over it.

Not ebay - but does anyone else think this sounds overpiriced?

Unbelievable! Just to check I wasn't going mad, I went on Autotrader and the only square-type Rovers anywhere near that value were all coupes/cabriolets. Perhaps they meant it would be harder to find a more expensive one.

Yeah, its being sold by a Kimmy or summat like that - may phone her up just for the laugh of it."Yeah, so approximaty how many doors has it? And its the 1400cc K series yeah? How many head gaskets has it had?"

Aaah, but you're one of 'those people'.'Those people' have mind-numbingly cheap stuff offered to them all the time, by virtue of their trade, their appearance, or asking cheeky questions :)Seriously though, T25s are where T2s were ten years ago. In 2000, my local VW specialist were doing a roaring trade buying up £500 splitscreens and early bays from the free ads, dragging them out of gardens after the elderly owner passed away, blast a few repair panels on (or filler if you're in a hurry) and some paint, wait for paint to dry and get £5k for it. They excelled themselves with a £15k splitscreen made out of a £200 snotter and a few weeks work. I remember standing there as they were putting the windows in taking the piss about their asking price, and laughing less at VW Action where they met the buyer who paid it in cash.I still see the odd T25 in the ads for a few hundred. Even a Syncro crewcab for £600 not so long ago. Trouble is they're snapped up by people with space, which isn't me :(

Warranty & Maintenance Booklet by Porsche Cars North America. Therefore suitable for Left Hand Drive cars

If my numbers come up on Euro millions, I'd buy that and then use it as the service book on my Perodua Nippa (and yes, if I was a millionaire, I probably would buy Perodua).

Commissioned by Skoda UK that I think.

Not sure about the price but I wouldn't mind getting hold of Nissan's mid-engined Micra for about that much in a few years

BE ULTRA QUICK THIS CAR WILL NOT BE AROUND FOR VERY LONG!!!

Yes, that's because a strong gust or some heavy rain might erode it completely.:lol:

 Nice random figure too - based on the amount of rustholes, or is it actually the current weight in grams?

It's well nigh impossible to produce a masterpiece when your canvas is full of holes and missing the corners

What on earth! I would genuinely estimate that to be worth NOTHING at best! Its not even tax exempt so has no ringer value! Where would you start putting the arse end of that back together, i cant even see how you could stitch in the rear of another one.Unbelievable..... thats up there with the yella XR2 with its roof chopped off, right at the top of the 'no hopers league'
