Mini convertible with Lamm body kit is pretty special. Think you could buy them from the dealership at the time iirc.

^^^that is some most top spottage! Didn't even remember that Uno came in 4 door and no idea what a Toyota Echo is, I assume an import.

^ I started to look through that lot and thought it was similar to Plymouth. Then I saw Buyology - that's one place we always head to if we visit Plymouth and need to stock up on cheap shiz. There appears to be more old tat in Plymouth than the entire area of Cornwall... Great spots.

Realised that Subaru van's in Barnstaple, I seem to spend half my time driving through that junction sometimes.  Never seen the van before, will have to keep a closer eye out, never a camera to hand when I see something worth snapping.

Lazy spotting out on delivery.

First this Toyota Corolla.

This car seems to have no distinguishing features whatsoever. No shape, no lines, nothing. Even the shade of grey seems to be exactly the same colour as the road it is sitting on.

Seems like the perfect car for a bank job...

Policeman: Did you see the getaway car sir?

Witness: Yes, erm....Hang on...No, sorry, completely forgotten.

Having said that it's 25 years old and looks totally straight, if a little dirty (but who's washing their cars at the moment?).

Then just round the corner, another Toyota of similar vintage, though this one's a bit easier to spot on a damp grey morning.

Then I found this.

Again, looked tidy but I wasn't looking that close as it was raining properly by then. Looking at the picture now bits of the sill looks like it's hanging. Or is it just mud? It was a 520i.

Had a little trip to Bournemouth today. Not the place it once was, the last resting place of most beige Meastros but not any more but did find these two.

The second one is a Dacia Solenza. I only know this cos it said so on the back. Had to Google it when I got home. Not actually that old, 2003-5, but definitely Shite. Has some Clio mk2 in it apparently though you wouldn't know it from looking at it.

4x4, in Chesterfield today. I've not really done it justice, I've seen it before in good weather and it's really clean.

First interesting thing I've seen in a while. Not J-reg Proton looked spotless apart from a giffer dent in the front wing. A really hot friend owned one (yes, really, a gorgeous young girl in her early 20s with a Proton Persona!) so seeing this made me happy.

That 911 is quite a spot.

You say you're a 73

Yesterday you were an 85

And that's a false duktail you're wearing too

You say

"I had it cut!"

But I don't see no GRP on the floor.

Your engine says 2.7

But I know you're a 3.2

It's a Lying season....
