NorfolkNWeigh Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 I went to The North for a couple of days expected wall to wall chord, whippets and chip shops everywhere.I wasn't dissapointed with the chippies but other stereotypes sadly lacking Bury was full of 2006 RR Sports with bling rimz and paddy plate combos, Manchester 3 year old white Audi S Lines . But on the M60 I spotted a blue Mk5 Cortina ( Mk4 Cortina 80 for the pedants) so gave Mrs N my phone and said " Look at that! Get a picture"And she took this; WTF? Then she got the arse when I said,no meant the Cortina- women! Magnificent Rustbucket and worldofceri 2
Brodders Posted May 27, 2016 Posted May 27, 2016 Spotted this early K-reg 850 in town today with the 2.5 20v engine, which was nice. I also saw a red L-reg Rover 414 SLi, but didn't get the chance to snap it unfortunately. Lacquer Peel and CGSB 2
spartacus Posted May 29, 2016 Posted May 29, 2016 Moggy soft top in Sheffield. The Daimler belongs to a friend of my folks, he could easily afford to buy a £40'000 car but instead chose to but this off eBay a couple of years ago with just 36'000 on the clock. It's in really good condition, Mr A Lawrence, CGSB, Magnificent Rustbucket and 2 others 5

Joey spud Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 I towed a lpg powered Berlingo with a failed clutch release bearing to a small industrial site near Redhill and this lot were scattered about the place. Oh dear.. danthecapriman, Jim Bergerac, Bucketeer and 6 others 9

andy18s Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 On the way home from work B&Q in Stoke And now the sun is out I keep seeing a Riley Elf Soft top running around the areaAlways too late to get a pic tho.... danthecapriman, worldofceri and Magnificent Rustbucket 3
NorfolkNWeigh Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 If that Elf is actually a Hornet , it's likely to be one of the 'Heinz 57' Crayford competition n cars from 66/67. Don't know how many survive, but presumably a fair percentage. I think part of the deal with Heinz was that they'd never make any for anyone else, don't know if that agreement stretched to Riley's though. This little bugger is across the pond and looks like a right laugh. Magnificent Rustbucket 1
11001010 Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 ^^^ Can I just apologise for these ^^^ Too many tabs open Jim Bell 1
LabRat Posted June 1, 2016 Posted June 1, 2016 A pair of facelift rovers. The 25 comes complete with plastic leather, wheel trims, rear arch rot, missing trim and gaffer taped sunroof. Still would though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Mr A Lawrence Posted June 9, 2016 Posted June 9, 2016 Went for a run out in the mgf last night and ended up in towyn near Rhyl for some chips. This was outside the chippy. This was outside B&Q Rhyl the other day. 2015 so worth around 230k and the inside was like that of a 10yr old mondeo with shit everywhere!! UmBongo, Coprolalia, worldofceri and 1 other 4
spartacus Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Good spots, I can honestly say, barring selling the Roller and using the cash to buy more chod, I would much rather own and drive that Audi, even with its huge overhangs it seems the better proportioned of the two. Mr A Lawrence 1
spartacus Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 One for all you Scimi-lickers out there. Princess Anne, blah blah, etc etc... strangeangel, Jim Bergerac, worldofceri and 2 others 5
Jifflemon Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 Spotted these two whilst in Weston super mare today. The celica was in the company of some modern super car garbage, so the owner was much pleased when I ignored them and started snapping his car! worldofceri, danthecapriman, Magnificent Rustbucket and 1 other 4
NorfolkNWeigh Posted June 10, 2016 Posted June 10, 2016 This Biturbo and Integrale are the only evidence that this is the yard of a former Fiat dealership and Italian car sprcialist near Leighton Buzzard. worldofceri 1
NorfolkNWeigh Posted June 11, 2016 Posted June 11, 2016 l AngryDicky's Midlands doppelgänger ? These are parked on a main road in Lemington Spa, how that A60 gets away with it, is a mystery. It's the rustiest I've ever seen so seems unlikely to have an MOT, but must be taxed to not have been towed. Maybe it's more solid underneath than on top. danthecapriman, Vantman, Magnificent Rustbucket and 6 others 9
