That's pretty good! I think the flaps (ooh-err) are missing from the Mk4 though, the yellow bits on the '80 which hold it all together.

That made-up MkV Cortina/Taunus looks great - but it's a lot more complicated than those templates, I fear...

 

I made myself a cardboard BX one bored Sunday back in about 1991 just before I bought a real one. It was quite a bit of work and looked untidy round the edges - and the cardboard one wasn't much better

The finished one looks excellent. Even the coke bottle lines are there, just about. What has he done for the wheels? Theyre not cardboard cut-outs.

There was a thread on this a couple of years ago I think. If you do a google image search for 'paper car model' and the name of a car you can find just about anything.

I might try some of these one day but mine will look nothing like that Cortina!
