Yeah, I think we'll let you stay!

Loving the Impala, and the low Moggy (which is odd for me - don't like modded stuff!) What engine in the Minor?

did your Wyvern originally have an A Plate at any point. There weren't that many 57 E Series Wyverns in Scotland, with all the Velox/Cresta chrome on them - but my wife's one was exactly the same as yours and in the same colour.

What an odd pic (meant in the nicest possible way); although I've convinced myself it's 4 of your cars outside a house at the end of a cul-de-sac, it looks like a photo of some extremely detailed models on an extremely detailed set  ... I like! :)

Welcome aboard.

I'm sure somebody on here went to look at that Vauxhall last year at some point but turned it down on account of it being totally rotten? Or at least, it popped up in Ebay Tat and we all sat around stroking our chins and assuming it was totally rotten (what with it being an old Vauxhall and everything).

Welcome aboard anyway, I like the ratty Minor best of all but the Anglebox Estate is doing funny things to me too...

e287yba, read THIS. it should explain the above photograph...

Hi mate, I've definitely seen a few of these rides around the west end of Glasgow. Spent a while drooling over the Victor in Morrisons car park one afternoon. 8)

What's the computer program called? Just that I could fancy spending some time experimenting with some of my pics... I'm very smitten with the effect it gives! :)

i only had two viewers for the wyvern...first guy thought i should pay him for taking it...other guy didnt want a project??? then why go see it...timewasters...pics didnt do it justice...it had been completely welded underneath...seam sealed, undersealed AND painted on the underside too...new front valance fitted...all brakes relined...4 x NOS slave cylinders @£75 each...alternator fitted, halogen headlamps...it had all its glass, all its chrome trim...new radial tyres with new whitewall flaps...it needed a patch done on the drivers wing over an old ariel hole and the various filler patches rubbed down...and some paint applied...it owed me over £1800...think i took £800 for it...i just had nowhere to keep it...you missed out there campbell..iv known car for 12 years...always had that reg on it in that time...it was sold un seen....to a guy in plymouth..picked up on a trailer by his agent...he called to say he was over the moon... :)

the victor had a complete restoration by the owners club chairperson as far as i know...a lot of new bits fitted..it was begining to show signs of age though..but i put that down to carols style of flying...i mean driving...

the anglia estate was fitted with a pre crossflow 1500 engine and box but stock back end...great fun to drive...steer it with the throttle... ...drove it down to sheffield and traded it against the mustang...got home in half the time it took to get there...lol

tilt shift is what i used...i just couldnt remember the name...doh!!

Welcome along!

I wiewed this thread on my phone earlier and could'nt see the text. I thought it was a thread offering a selection of very good car spots, but I see now that they are yours!

Can't decide which I like best, but I'd say either the Cortina or the Minor, especially as its got the early style of high headlamp front! Dont see many like that!
