Not sure if this counts but the image on the back of the album cover for The Verve 'This Is Music' greatest hits (on CD anyway) has a photo of a Citroen GSA on fire. :(

Couple of Hipgnosis classics:

(What is this, by the way? Suspect it might have started out as a Merc 114 and then been airbrushed. Nearly typed 'Photoshopped'...)

Anyone know what cars are on the cover of Deacon Blue's 1992 single Your Town? A different picture was used for each format. Is the 7" a Saab or Volvo? I wondered if the 12" and Cassette could be an Allegro.

The 7" is a SAAB 900 and I would agree with Allegro for the 12". I think the cassette might be a Transit van, certainly not an Allegro because the wipers are wrong. No idea about the CD.

May I add an old computer game? I had this on C64:

Maybe it was because I was young, but I remember it being both boring and incredibly difficult.

When I first saw this thread, this is the exact cover I was thinking of and wanted to post. I remember distinctly seeing it in a HMV store years ago. I didn't post it because I didn't know who it was by, and to be fair, I didnt know then either when I first saw it. I only picked it up because it had cars on it.

DVLA says the BMW lived until 2008, the Cherokee lived until 2007.
