To here:

Which looks like this:

In one of these:

Which should be fun!

I would but being an Abath (and not mine) it's bloody load and massively unreliable! It has been suggested though!

If you haven't taken that winding cliff road from La Trinite up, cor, you must you must

Set yourself two hours return trip though and take sarnies. And first aid kit.

Does it fit between the wheel tubs or have you got to go up-and-over?

(or just shove it in the side door :D )

Nutter :D . Looking forward to your write up.

Disappointing. Thought it was going to be one epic roadtrip!

Some 2CVers once took a 2CV in a Merc Sprinter to an overseas meet. There were three of them sitting up front in the van, and they confused the border guards by handing over five passports - two people were sitting in the 2CV! Well, it's hard to get out once you've driven it in...

Thta must be a weird experience, double suspension action in a 2CV in the back of a van...

Turns out I'll be taking his Harley Sportster down too now, obviously I'll be using them when I'm down there....although the Harley really is a dreadful contraption!

Nige, I'm far too skint to buy any cars down there but if there's any small freebies I'll shove them in the Trannie!

Whizz round a breakers (-theres a good un just off the main drag north of Ventimiglia). You could get the 127 bits needed, for pence (equivalent!)

Come on vek.....France.....empty van.....costs covered.....ami 6 methinks!

3.40 metres load length, 1.39metres between the rear wheels...a bit restrictive, if there's some bikes however!

I think I know it, just down from the elevated section on the right as you're heading south, a selection of Alfa Juniors, some bikes and a few trucks?

Spot on. Topped up there a couple of times. Freindly & helpful I bought a load of Fiat 1100 bits at silly low prices...

Just a thought for anything Eyetalian you might have lurking down there...

Find a little Y10 turbo or summat- you' ll pay for the trip with it..

Most Japanese Kei cars will fit perfectly!

or a 126, or a Mochet, a Rovin, a Rolux or even an Inter. I'm sure you could find a decent WIllam too, or maybe a New Map Solyto.

Alas I have something eating into all my funds so despite the amazing opportunity I think the Tranny will return empty!

Besides, those darned Europeans have an over inflated idea of value I've found!

Although I may return to that scrappy as they had a fine selection of shite motorcycles!
