Not seen this thread before, but I really like the street spotting stuff at the beginning - as a fellow Essex boi, we've spotted a few of the same cars, like the blue Dodge van behind Lakeside. Seems like the last few years have seen loads of interesting old cars disappear from driveways etc

Just back from Ford day at Brands Hatch, celebrating lots of blue oval items, and the Blind half of the team's birthday.

I'm really disappointed / sorry about the photographs, they appear to have been taken on a potatocam - the light didn't help, but I'm going to post everything anyway.

 

First off, Mark One Cortina with some serious dish on the steelies and a fair drop on the suspension. Shit photo.

This was proper, another 5.0 V8, but this one sounded EVIL. Understeered like a bastard though, and appeared twitchy on the brakes, but LOOK AT IT

This was an absolute honey, 105E with a 2.6 lump putting out an estimated 350 horses. Driver said that today was it's second meeting, and still not fully up to speed. Managed a 3rd and a 4th though.... Bonus Birthday Blind Bloke in 1st pic....
