It's the Trinity Lighthouse place in Newcastle - I went to a conference there once upon a time, many moons ago when I was a young whippersnapper that went sailing oftentimes.
Their website claims it is but a 20 minute stroll from the station - not if you got lost - my dry land navigation was not of the best that day.

(I snitched the above image of t'internet as the street is not pedestrianised and Google Street Spy has not gone up past the building)
