Yes this is Norwegian registered and a quick check and it is still alive and has had the same owner since 2013. It is also registered in Norway from new 29.03.1957. It is not stated anything about the engine but if this is a straight 6 engine car when new and 4 doors then this probably started life as a Taxi.
