Could be very late 72 models as they have the shorter face-lift dummy side vents, facelift Mk1s came out around Sept 72. Federal bumpers were fitted for 73 so this is maybe a very rare spec which was only made for a few months. Looks so much better and less clumsy with chrome bumpers.

I think that image is an altered version of this one:

It's an interesting "might have been" but AFAIK there never was a prototype Vanden Plas Marina.

Oddly I went to a big CCC rally in about 83/4 at Knebworth House with my dad, that was supposed to be something like the 25th or 50th of something.  Didn’t see anything like this one, but did get to see a GS birotor which stuck in my mind ever since.

1999 was my first Citroen meeting, I had bought my CX Pallas from the CX centre in January.
