Could be very late 72 models as they have the shorter face-lift dummy side vents, facelift Mk1s came out around Sept 72. Federal bumpers were fitted for 73 so this is maybe a very rare spec which was only made for a few months. Looks so much better and less clumsy with chrome bumpers.

I think that image is an altered version of this one:

It's an interesting "might have been" but AFAIK there never was a prototype Vanden Plas Marina.

Wow, BL really missed a trick here.  The Vanden Plas grille works much better on the Marina than it did on the Allegro!
