I linked this to the Panda section of the Fiatforum, on the basis a friend of mine who lives in Bradford and is a bit of a Panda collector (10+ now I think....) would pick up on it. He also works for the council which may help....

 

Any way he replied;-

 

"I'm on the case I'm in Bradford in the morning, looks intresting. Next big step would be to find the owner, could be the council. I have some mates at Bradford Planning and Building Control may point me in right direction, would be a shame to let it go..... "

 

I'll keep you shiters informed if anything comes of it.
