It may it fall in line with the DVLA Beaver regs by there not being any mods to the monocoque. If its just bolt on panels ie wings, bonnet, front grille then there's no need for it to undergo any inspection.

Er, no.

 

But, I kind of like the car, but not much. It looks like a fucked modern rehash of a Minor in the same vein as the new Beetle, Fiat 500 and Mini. They all look wrong.
