Thanks for a the post and photos, lots of familiar cars but definitely some I've not seen previously, the awesome Renault 15 for one.

Lots of shows relatively local to me today; I was tempted with the castle opted for Wentworth Woodhouse.

The Renault was really lovely, it was one of the highlights for me along with the 70s Hi-Ace camper and the sweets little Mini City (10 inch wheels, standard looking and not over restored, lovely!)

In every batch I thought "yeah, that's it, car of the show for me" and you kept surpassing yourself!  So many strong contenders!

Manta A, very nice. One or two others I recognise from a show in Stamford, and the Hiace is familiar from Japanese car shows at Billing - it always looks amazing.

In the end, and after due consideration, I think I'm going to have to vote for the lovely little Bedford HA.

The maroon Zephyr Zodiac looks fantastic - and that's possibly the long-term owner stood by it. Lovely to see. 👍

No that's my dad, but he bloody wishes he was the owner! they are his favourite car and he was VERY taken with this one (it was very very tidy) 🙂

Nice to see.

Looks like you might have a dad/son project on your hands sometime?

They are not as expensive as they were (like everything else) and have of late seemed to shed their undeserved 'rockabilly' image.

Asking £4,000 - not perfect but not bad.

That's lovely, would be nice to have a project but space and budget doesn't permit, plus dad is 80 so I'd be doing all the bloody work! 😂

A man of good taste. Those Zephyr Fords were beautiful cars. Not a line or detail out of place. Hugely successful at the time - they sold well.

You say good taste but he was talking about how much he liked his old Vauxhall Meriva!
