urpert Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Happening tomorrow. I may have as many as five children in tow so updates may be sporadic. It’s started well: in the mean time here is a teaser pic of the HBOL: Wibble, drewd, CaptainBoom and 7 others 10
grogee Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Sad face for the broken train. It must be the severe, extreme weather we're experiencing at the moment. Hmm, 1990-on, lots of seats? Is it a Nissan of some kind? Serena or Prarie?Â
EyesWeldedShut Posted April 4 Posted April 4 Transporter innit? wiv seats in the back (rear windows optional)

EyesWeldedShut Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Wrong thread - should be in the 'so you are the gaffa' thread ? Proper job on that repair though - privatisation is patently working?

CaptainBoom Posted April 5 Posted April 5 Chod speed good sir, with family in tow. That's proper adventuring! The Bank training college I used to work at had a fleet of T4 as minibuses. Acceleration was... glacial but made narrow enough to make short work of the lanes around the area, so you could keep momentum. If you brought tools with you for your collection, you could offer to fix the train Â

Tayne Posted April 5 Posted April 5 I thought KY was Kirkcaldy, I realise now that it would be S something in the current system. Was KY ever Kirkcaldy?
reb Posted April 5 Posted April 5 6 minutes ago, Tayne said: KY ever Kirkcaldy According to Wikipedia it was Bradford before '74 and Sheffield after Tayne 1
