Not a bad design, but they cheapened it by using the existing rear quarter panel with a crappy blanking piece added to cover the gap where the previous lights went.

Total waste of engineering and money. Chrysler really didn't have a clue how to handle it's European brands.

No one seems to like these, but I've always loved the rear styling.  Had 2 of them as well to put money where mouth is....

The Alfa Romeo Brera, once described as devastatingly beautiful …from some angles, but from others, merely devastating.

However, I think the rear lights were rather on point…

Don't love it. Notice that they never changed the quarter panel, and you can see the roundness inside the amber lens.

I used to hate these (Toyota-like) taillights. But now I love the backend on the E28

A lot of VW purists hate them, but I oddly like the bucket-sized tail lamps later Beetles had. I believe they're known as "elephant feet" within the VW community.
