That's right, the Saab in front has numberplates supplied and fitted by Halfrauds.

When we stopped at half past Belgium I noticed that they had no front numberplate.

Can anyone get a plate made up and fedexed* to Switzerland so it arrives before Christmas. You will of course be fully refunded by paypal or bank transfer. PM me if willing.

plenty of places  on ebay will make a plate up without any docs and if you cross their palms with silver I'm sure they'd send one UPS express or something.

I've ordered plates at 5pm and had them arrive at 8:30AM the following morning!

I'm sure if you talk to the sellers they would happily post them. We send stuff to europe with Fedex and in most cases it'll arrive the following morning. It's about £30 for a number plate sized parcel though

Theres a load of plate suppliers in ireland (thus sidestepping regs) that will do it with no docs, and fast turnaround.

“Plates for cars” is ireland based, isn't particulary cheap but is very quick if you select the fastest postage

The actual mistake is that the pedestrian in the far end of the pedestrian lane is walking against the suggest arrows travel of direction 
Hope you get the plate sorted though

We just used an laptop n printer and did a print (numberplate fonts available free online)  on two pages of A4, black numbers on white paper/card then cut the excess off and put it inside the windscreen till we got to the UK again.  It was obvious to anyone the real plate had fallen off but the registration number in correct format and font could be easily read from the front.
