Ive read through this thread with a heavy heart....Is no wonder the countrys going the way it is....i cant believe theyve let them off with a smacked wrist.... About 9 years ago i had a car torched by the side of the road,i knew who had done it as theyd been hassling me previously and they also lived in the flat above mine...again they got off with just a talking to,i had the police banging on my door at 2am demanding i get it removed as its a danger to the public......Ive hated the police ever since......

Round two! Caught three of the fookers this time today. Saw em trying to lift me spare 6 stud axle into a white Mk5. Went haring out again, swearing like a banshee! God their faces were a picture. Fook knows what I looked like. I was just literally doing me hair, and still had a can of shine tonic in me hand. If it wasn't for the fact it was over three quid a can they would have got a face full. I tried to stop em driving off, one gave me a little push. This er, incensed me, seriously! Squaring up to the hairy little fooker put him off though. Just waiting for the plod to give a statement, much good it will do.

Fred, this is getting out of hand. Ask to speak to your local Inspector, and say that as the police are incapable of protecting you from criminals, you will be taking advice from a solicitor about instigating a Judicial Review of Policing in your local force's Divisional Command Unit. Also, mention your MP.

 

In 2000 and then again in 2001 my sister was the victim of attempted carjackings, both incidents occurred at the same place which was the entrance to the motorway out of Belfast. Despite the incidents taking place WITHIN SIGHT of a police station, my sister had to wait 40 minutes on both occasions for traffic branch, as motorways are their responsibility.

 

My sister (who at that time was a law student) wrote to the Chief Constable, stating that she would be instigating a Judicial Review of Policing in the Divisional Command Unit. This was with a view to obtaining a Firearms Certificate in order to protect herself, as the police were incapable of doing so.

 

The cops SHIT themselves, and the scrotes concerned in the second attempted carjacking were rounded up toute suite.

If I was you I'd mention it anyway. The police WILL sit up and take note. A Judicial Review, or even the sniff of one could be a career-ender for a sub-divisional police commander.

Don't forget "a little push" is common assault.I was locked up for four hours because the plastic pikey over the road claimed I pushed him.He also claimed I called him an idiot.I told the duty soliciter afterwards that I didn't call him an idiot I called him a f*cking idiot,there's a difference.

I think if you contact the police, they will:a) Arrest them, Put them in their holding cell for a couple of hours,c) Buy them McDonalds,d) Release them,e) Give them their untaxed van back.Just a random premonition like.

She phones the plod, who said they'd come but it wasn't a priority. The lady phoned back a little later (the scrote was still in her shed) and she told the old bill that she'd shot him. Police arrived in about 3 minutes.
