Aye, kickback. Luckily he was near the big house and not up in the hills. He got a ride in the whirly ambulance out of it. 

The gags started as soon as we knew he was good.

I'm slightly ashamed to admit that I spent close to an hour trying to find the right bit of steel that I could drill and grind into shape in order to make it more hand-friendly before BiL suggested a washer.
