The Zodiac was used for another four years until 1978, when driving on the newly opened M4 from Bridgend to Cardiff, the engine failed.....The Zodiac came home on a truck, and was pushed into our garage. The engine was partially dismantled and the heads removed,
.....And since 1978 that is where the Zodiac has remained. Sat in the garage, collecting dust and canoes on the roof, oddments on the board placed over the bonnet, and tents in the nice dry interior.....

....It's outlasted both my parents
....The engine was a 3ltr V6, dismantled to the extent that we got the heads off, and most of the bits are probably still there, although some of the nuts and bolts may well be gone. Gearbox is 3-speed automatic.

Yeah, good luck with those parts

Hey this looks like a the perfect car for a former crane driver who wears a lot of string vests.

That must be a future Trig car then!

if you get laid off trig, after a few years you'll be driving one of those.

That 106 looks like an Indian chap has tried to make a Honda Z600 coupe with an elephant....

Mega povo spec granada 1.8!!

Mmmm yeah i have to agree, isnt this the mk3 'taxi' version?, rare, nice its a 1.8 pinto/ohv rather than a cvh aswell.

Taxi is based on the "L" with the thinner chromeless rubbing strips, spotters note the armest less centre console set up. They share the faux-woodless black dash strip mind.

I think the ZS is named after the Atomic Kittens. That's why you climaxed.

That Metro's lovely wonder what it is like underneath!

But the blue Maxi HLS is even more lovely! It is for sale on Car and Classic at £1,895 yet he has started the auction very low with no reserve!

I suspect that Metro's alright underneath - the first ones were painted better.

Has that Beetle monstrosity got the lights from a Mazda 929

Glad they clarified its non-6R4 status - could've been confusing, that...
