trigger Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 This the view from my front and back gardens, Not ventered out yet as I'm not dressed!
Guest Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Toledo looks superb on those wheels! I took a few of the Charmant in the ever-familiar "front of the field around the corner from me" location, no means of getting the pictures onto this computer so you'll have to wait until I get home I'm afraid. If I get home.
CortinaDave Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Im just about to awaken the SD1 for a run to Dundee. Fair bit of melting going on here, there was much more snow when I staggerred in from the pub at 3am
VWPowered Posted December 18, 2009 Author Posted December 18, 2009 we've got more snow coming down now

brammy777 Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Hey barrett, that last picture is sweet, looks like it could have been taken 30 years ago.
trigger Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 That last photo is pretty cool, Where to you live?, Looks very nice!
ChinaTom Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Hey, did i just see you driving from Diss to Thetford? Saw a Triumph just like it!
Mat.T Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 no I didnt get as far as Diss, i didnt even manage to get 1/2 a mile from my house
brammy777 Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Bah the only interesting snowy car i got was this, and its not even shite. Also spotted a lightly snowed on Chevrolet Blazer.
Lukas Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Not much snow here, the whole week was way too cold to snow a proper amount. It had 14°F/-10°C today at 1pm, at night (3am) it had 3°F/-16°C here. We will get 10cm snow more tomorrow, let´s wait and see. Lukas
michiel Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Most of the snow on the car turned to ice now... Spotted this combo:
pompei Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 I'm panting at the sight of that Giardiniera! It's got my name written on it - well at least the plate has my initials :oops:PS Hardly any snow in Grimsby
pogweasel Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Feck all snow in Liverpool. Loads at home apparently.... kids have been off school and Mrs_Pog didn't even attempt going to work as the A1 became the usual crash-fest. Driving home starting at 4am after work, this is going to be interesting....
retrogeezer Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 No snow here in Crewe either... Is that all thats left of the Brighton West Pier now?? Tragic.
Milford Cubicle Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Where's the snow then? All this stuff looks like a sprinkiing of dandruff.
Rusty Pelican Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Where's the snow then? All this stuff looks like a sprinkiing of dandruff. You need head and shoulders if its that bad
Milford Cubicle Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 This is the chaos my dandruff wreaks.
ChinaTom Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 not too bad in Norfolk - hoping for more later though. One thing though: why buy a 4x4 and drive at 15 mph in nothing more than slush? Careful is good - most of what I saw today was paranoid.
barrett Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Is that all thats left of the Brighton West Pier now?? Tragic.Yup, sadly what remained burnt down completely a couple of years ago leaving just the iron frame behind. Caused a big hoo-ha at the time as a lot of people think it was an insurance-fraud arson attack instigated by the people who owned it who were on the brink of going bankrupt. I don't think anyone will ever know what really happened but some bastard got out there on a boat and set the thing alight. Terrible shame.
fotorabia Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 Does summer snow count...cos this is all thats left within sight just now..
Guest Posted December 18, 2009 Posted December 18, 2009 There we go! Don't worry, I went to the jet wash on the way home to give it a good long blasting underneath. It's all shiny now.
whitevanman Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 I'd be embarassed to put a picture up.....there is not enough to call it snow, just a sprinkling.....
Spottedlaurel Posted December 19, 2009 Posted December 19, 2009 Our track up to the road. Be interesting if we had some proper snow. And some shite in the snow 18 or so years ago:
