Started off not liking the 206, liked them for a while, went off them, liked them again, went off them and back into 'feeling the love' mode now. Typical Peugeot, either great or bloody annoying, but I think they're getting some of that sort of unexplainable charm that the 205 had.

Edit: Here's the daily.

The panhard was a bt but I think it may have been a ringer in france as the brakes are drums when all bt's were on discs. The drums look better I reckon though. An amazing car but rather scary as it was very quick for a air cooled twin. The whole front end outer panels are mounted on rubbers cos it vibrates so much. The fregate is not originally a diesel it was converted in france many years ago and runs a peugeot 404 engine very slow but economical

Here's my old Panda fleet - sadly all gone now, if I ever found my old 750 FIRE Mania K740 RDX then I would have to save it. I miss that car badly.

And finally my mark 1 Panda which I pretty much sorted before losing a bit of patience and selling on to another enthusiast. This was recently for sale on eBay for nearly £1300

Hi,

I got my Renault 25 V6 turbo back on the road.

P1050775.jpg

P1050780.jpg

Slightly lowered (2 cm at the front) and with its standard 16 inch BBS wheels (standard only from 1990-1992). Great fun to drive and not that bad on fuel... The phone is great shite. Pre- GSM and the network was discontinued in 2000. :)

The wheels are very popular with the VW scene. I am just selling a set for 850 Euros and they don't seem to mind spending it...

Mmm lovely looking car, the wheels whilst looking good must be a bugger to keep clean.

Yep,

you are right about cleaning those wheels... And I'd never spend that much money on them.

I am quite happy with the car. Runs great although it had not been moved for 20 months.

Fantastic car! I forgot how right the dashboard looks, when it's fully loaded with kit. Especially the big ol' phone.

Still trying get my head around it, and getting it sorted for an MOT. I think it'll be a bit of a laff.

the Carina continues to provide daily service, and just passed its MOT with not even a hint of an advisory. I fitted a towbar to it in celebration, its a keeper.

Some photos of my Oyster Beige over grey and rust coloured Montego I took the other day. Now I've got the Beemer I'll park the old lad up at my folks' for the winter and then decide whether to get some of the bodywork done or sell on for parts - the 2.0EFI engine only has 73k and runs really well, and the dish alloys are sought after by fellow Montego pervs. Fuel filler area is the worst and I can imagine that being ££££ and a PITA to fix.
