Really, really rotten and not something I'd have thought was worth restoring. Worse than the pics made out. Shame really. Also had the duller normal dials on the interior. The 504 estate was solid and needed pretty basic stuff to get back on the road. Hand painted black, which all needed stripping off, but didn't look especially rotten. 7 seater too, with the 3rd row intact and a really decent interior generally. Definitely worth £480. Given the lowish value of good ones, probably not something you'd make any £ on, but a straightforward restoration to have a very rare and useful estate. The little 104 needed a lot of work but wasn't beyond saving IMO. £70 really was bugger all - like I say, not much love for 'our' sort of cars!
