Anyone know owt about these? 2.4 petrol, must be a bit of a flying machine. Everyone knows Stilos are a massive pile of toilet so I'm guessing theyre pretty cheap. This one is a 'Schumacher' and has no gearbox which presumably will add further cheapness. Are they all fitted with some sort of 'semi' auto box?

They had the Selespeed box or an emmanuelle.

Some of the later 2.4 Stilos came with manual gearboxes. I think they're only 170bhp or something like that, which is a bit wank for a modern 2.4 5 pot.

Edit, I think that one was a manual before it shat it's pants

That fiat 131 is awesome, but £4k!!! Its only the SOHC one not even the twink. Good luck with that.

4X4 NA diesel. There seems to be generation of pre-wank pickups like this I find massively appealling. I think the point they all went wanky was when they introduced a tax dodge with pickups for company cars drivers so they all started to get leather seats, turbos and chrome bullbars rather than just a vinyl covered bench and rubber mats.

Someone on the Cheshire cars for sale Facebook page is flogging a clean-looking 03 plate Seat Alhambra 2.0 pez with a kippered engine for 250, seems like a right old barg and possible source of a little profit for someone who can be arsed

I'm on an i pad, a £400 way of not being able to use the internet properly, but here's a bargain w123 diesel:

Moronic quote though: "Or you could lower it all round and have a cheap to insure Rat Rod with loads of street cred"

This is rather delicious! But £2000 with no tax or test and a big fat welding fail sounds a bit hopeful

AS ALL 60S FIATS NEEDS WELDING

MAINLY INNER SILLS FLOOR PANS
HAS HAD POOR WELDING IN THE PAST TO
FLOORS ETC DOOR BOTTOMS

Oh aye

MAY STILL HAVE A CHANGE OF MIND AND WELD

IT UP

Yes, i suspect in a week's time you'll probably have had a change of mind

Scrub that, it's a 1997 1.6, (bubble 200 era), so probably has the K-banger. No can do.

Wow.... I don't think there is a single redeemable feature about that car. It is heroically awful.

This photo really manages to capture the glamorous life of a TR7 owner.

Loving the over-spray on the rear bumper.

I like the way Roy Cropper looks like he's about to put the driver's window in with a brick in his carrier bag.

Harley Davidson do seem to be the motorcycle equivalent of VW vans.
