I've been in touch with the seller of this chariot. He also has a Pug 304 estate and a convertible. He's asked to join AS but not there yet. I put forward that he be given immediate membership.

There has never been a better looking car than this, ever. Series 1 with the chromed steels, especially a Sov.  To think idiots spunked tens of thousands on a live axle Mark II Morsemobile and ignored these. Cretins.

They are seriously undervalued compared to other Jags. But it would have to be a Series 2 Sovereign for me, much better proportions on the nose and a better interior/dash. (Series 3 is the most sensible/practical, but not as good looking as a S1 or S2)

Robin Hood, Robin Hood, in the garage again
Robin Hood, Robin Hood, it's a world of pain
Feared by the bad, where's the fucking hood?

He nailed the greatest arches to the back nearside tyre
He vowed to help the back of it with bits of wood and thing

They hacksawed all the gauge holes it should be killed with fire
And still found plenty of time to sing...

Robin Hood, Robin Hood, paint the engine red
Robin Hood, Robin Hood, should have done it sober instead
Feared by the bad, where's the fucking hood?

He came to sunny Donny with a feather in his cap
A fighter never looking for a fight
His HIAB was always ready, to take away some scrap.
He used them to lift off twenty quid of iron (light)
