It's only the wheezy/piston holing 2.8, but I bet driving that back via the a and b roads would be one of the best journeys you'd ever make.

That’s nothing, you should see where they put the radio on early CXs- vertically out of sight!

 

 

I always thought the Mk2 Marina dash was a bit odd as well, angling the radio and various controls toward the passenger side

Holy moly, that Portuguese Subaru is absolutely fabulous. Has anyone ever had anything to do with these? ohv 1100cc fwd flat four, ifs, sounds like a recipe for a great steer but Japanese cars if that era hardly have a reputation for being great driver's cars. I'd love to pit one against an early GS. It's not loads of money, really, either...
