I've wondered with suppliers like that (same with Mini's) if you bought one of everything, how much of a car could you build.

That's how i'd spunk £50k on one car if I was a billionaire. Trying to build up an SD1 with bits from Rimmers.

I priced up a new shell for mine (back in the 90's) and doors and it came to about £4k inc labour then which seems bargainous now but was serious wedge back then.

These Ranchos are common as muck, although this one is an Ironside special and so mintola as have avoided a visit by the rust fairy, so possibly unique.

Yep, lower spec than most moderns! I must change my name to 'B712RDY' to make use of the personalised plate though.

 

I'd love one (prefer a Bentley) and at 7k it would get a soupçon of interest from me But reality is it's probably worth about 5.
