Australian mk3-5 have a recess in bulkhead for the straight six to fit, African ones are same as European cortina.

Honda-engined Sterling for £200 BIN.  Possibly one of the most tenuous "famous previous owner" claims I've ever seen mind.

Spidy senses tell me that this is a good buy.

Pinto powered - Not failed an MOT since 2009 (even then on trivial matters) and a nice and original with the pinstripe and gingercators.

£750 ONO

If it was nearer, I'd be turning up with £600 (maximum £300 withdrawal limit innit m9) and seeing if I could take it away.

I want it, but i want it to look a little smarter than it does now. Not 'Sunday Best' but 'Smart Casual'.

Off to see how much a breaker wants for a couple of doors and maybe an interior/seat.

In other Sierra news, this MK1 is about to clear £2k.

Isn't this PBK's old one?

I sort of like it and I don't.  I think the auto's are best left to the big displacement cars like the Granada, the paintwork looks lovely but I'm not so keen on the ghia interior.

In short WOULD - but not at £2k.

Yes that's the ex-PBK/JohnK one, i almost bought it for £900. It looks to have had a quick respray since then going by the overspray on the wiring loom. I wouldn't want to pay that for it personally.

"As you may be aware Vincents were the first choice of Royalty to build horse boxes of top quality, and were "By Appointment". This box was fully refurbished inside and out a few years ago, and was displayed at some shows and events. It's been left outside for a number of years,by me. The varnish is spoilt, and of late the weather has took its toll on the woodwork and the rear corner of the body has been torn off by the wind. Carries three horses with two grooms seats at rear."

Well it did until the poor fuckers fell out on the M11.

Wood! Seriously?

What a fucking nail

This was a perfect £6000 Range Rover when I bought it.

It's now worth about 60p M3

This was a blast from the past, I'd completely forgotten about those car red noses. Remember seeing them months after red nose day, pogwealsed to shit dangling from a MK2 Cavalier grille?

Also for memorabilia a 1967 log book with VIN plates in with auction (if reach required price).

Yeah, why wait eleven months for it to become tax exempt when you could fuck up its legal identity forever now and save a few months low band tax. You could buy a Medion smartphone from Aldi with the Scrooge McDuck style money reserve you'll save.

MY PRIDE AND JOY

Mmm.

THIS CAR RETURNS 25 MPG, BETTER THAN A DISCOVERY DIESEL

Mmm.

THE  REASON FOR SPARES OR REPAIRS IS, TWO YEARS AGO A SLATE CAME OFF THE ROOF AND LANDED ON THE WINDSCREEN AND CRACKED IT.

THE VEHICLE RAN PERFECT WITH NO PROBLEMS AT ALL PRIOR TO THAT.

...and after, surely?

IT ALSO NEEDS A FAN BELT AND I HAVE ORDERED IT TODAY IT WILL COME WITH THE CAR IF THE PRICE GOES IN EXCESS OF £1000.

The fuck are you going to do with that fanbelt if it doesn't?

I HAVE ADDED 20 LITERS OF PETROL TO IT TODAY, VERY UNFORTUNATELY I PURCHASED DIESEL INSTEAD OF PETROL AND NOW THE TANK NEED TO BE EMPTIED.

Mmm.

Please remember to bring a trailer to pick up as there is no M.O.T on this car.

(and also it's full of diesel, has a smashed windscreen, seized water pump and I'm throwing this fan belt in the bin because the car sold for £999.99)

This reminds me of...

...Tea suggested, change of pants mandatory. Strap in, it's a long ride. Oh and don't let the thumbnail fool you, it's not over until you see him drive away in the tow car.

This, at a quick glance, is gorgeous.  The interior is quite appealing.

I thought exactly the same thing while surfing BX's last night. Shame really.

That video is scary and hilarious at the same time. That's the shonkiest towing dolly I've ever seen too.

Wankshaft & Dogvomit recovery, how may I help?

'Ahh, yes. Could you give me a price, please? I would like a Reliant Robin with no engine or gearbox moving two streets away please. Could you do this for me?'

No problem, ace, it'll be £575.

'£575! It's only fucking 500 yards! How is that £575, FFS?'

£300 for the diesel, £275 for the two nights hotel stay our driver will need to get it to you
