I tried, and failed, to find a youtube clip of the old £1500 Porsche challenge that Top Gear did.

 

I wanted to prove that Porsche V8s sound fine* when only running on 7 cylinders, like Clarkson's 928 did.

This looks ace and is priced accordingly. I know the engine is probably a bit shit and everyone goes on about the six cyl. 3.5 but it's a v8 so I don't care.

I'm sorry but I think this is a piss take  ---- I quote :

The shell is completely solid but there are a few bits... 2 small rust patches (see in photos on wing and rear quarter). Driver door has a dent. Driver's seat bolster has a tear. Small oil leak from rocker cover gasket.

 

In my very humble opinion for £3250 it wants to be perfect down to HD videos using a HD boroscope of the inner sills and the engine bores.
