Carlton GSI has passed a bag and still has 5 days to go.

Is it cheating using eBay USA?

s-l1600.jpg

1977 Chevy Caprice coupe.

I would LOVE this! As In I'd bloody consider seeing how to get it and import it over here! Love the style of them.

Sitting at around £1176 ($1525 at time of posting), and looks to have been well looked after.

You could fly out and drive it to the port of Oakland - less than a day with no ftps.

I mind seeing on the AR-Online Facebook group that a guy did the 'roll on- roll off' shipping with an R8 gen Rover 216i (UK to USA), and I'd love to do the same with a US car.

I know of a few places that'd have a check over of the car then deal with shipping it over and such (Hill shipping comes to mind). Sadly, I just dont have the space now for yet another car.

Saying that, I'm due in the USA 'Soon' for a mates wedding, and my dad keeps suggesting I buy a cheap car for the 2 weeks i'm over there! (Near Portland, Oregon). Even if a case of buy the day I arrive and try to punt it as soon as I have it, or if that fails just drive out and burn the thing. Or leave it with my mate as a late wedding gift. (He'd be chuffed to bits with that...)

That’s been on leboncoin a few times, it looks specatacular doesn’t it. I was tempted to go and see it when I was at the bo11ox museum this summer cos its only down the road but I decided not to waste the bloke’s time seeing as he’s hoping to get 4000€ out of someone for it

This Rover looks like a bit of a bargain. Granted it's a bit frilly around the edges, but one family owned with new waterpump, headgasket, clutch and MOT until April... £199!!

These are really cheap at the minute, they've hit the bottom of the depreciation stakes in some style. Great value for money motors.

That Riley / Caddy 500 has made me twitch.

I took my driving test in a Riley 4/72 a couple of weeks after a visit to Santa Pod and I have a thing about 8.2 litre Cadillacs........

In the same mag is an advert for a limited edition run of a set of see-through body panels for Citroen Mehari.
